Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more.

At VellaMore, we want your order to reach you as smoothly as possible. Our products are dispatched from two places, depending on the collection, so delivery areas, costs and timeframes are set out separately below. You will always see the exact delivery cost at checkout before you pay.

1. VellaMore's Premium Collection
Our bespoke pure silk pillowcases and duvet sets are made to order for you in the UK.

Production time: each piece is made within 1–3 working days of your order, then sent on a tracked service.

2. All Other Collections
Lighting, mirrors, botanicals, furniture, laundry and storage, bedding, pillows and duvet covers. These items are dispatched directly from our UK-based suppliers

United Kingdom, Isle of Man & Jersey
Delivery cost: £4.99, or FREE on orders of £40 or more
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after production

Orders containing items from both collections
If your order includes both Collection items, they are dispatched separately and may arrive on different days. 

Working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delays outside our control
While we work hard to meet the estimated timeframes above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs processing, courier delays, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
